Mike has worked closely with a long list of independent business owners on retail, office, industrial, medical and restaurants projects, and he can even locate large tracts of land for wetlands preservation, industrial use, residential developments and retail development. He is active in developing plans that include the revitalization of blighted areas and abandon buildings, historic downtown areas and areas in need of assemblage while simultaneously working with local government (towns and municipalities).
